1. About the Service African Movie World (Amoworldx1) is a movie streaming application that provides users with access to a curated library of African films and related content via a paid subscription model. The App is available on the Google Play Store and other authorised platforms.

2. Eligibility To use the App, you must: - Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country); - Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; - Not be prohibited from receiving services under applicable laws. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration You may be required to create an account to access the Service. You agree to: - Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information; - Keep your login credentials confidential; - Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account; - Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans Access to African Movie World content requires a paid subscription. We offer monthly and/or yearly subscription plans. Details of available plans, pricing, and features are displayed within the App and on our Google Play Store listing.

4.2 Billing Subscriptions are billed through the Google Play Store. By subscribing, you authorise Google to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

4.3 Auto-Renewal Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Renewal charges will be applied to your Google Play account.

4.4 Price Changes We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any price changes. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

4.5 Refunds Refunds are governed by the Google Play Store refund policy. We do not issue refunds for partial subscription periods or unused content. You may request a refund through the Google Play Store within the applicable refund window.

5. Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the paid period. We do not pro-rate cancellations.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership All content available on African Movie World, including but not limited to films, video content, images, logos, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to African Movie World. All rights are reserved.

6.2 Licence to Users Subject to your compliance with these Terms and maintenance of an active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to stream content for personal, non-commercial use only.

6.3 Restrictions You must not: - Download, copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from the App; - Use the content for any commercial purpose; - Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices; - Circumvent or disable any digital rights management or security features; - Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect content.

7. Acceptable Use You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not: - Use the Service to transmit unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or offensive content; - Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts; - Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; - Engage in any conduct that could damage or impair the App.

8. Device and Internet AccessYou are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all devices, internet connections, and other equipment necessary to access the Service. We are not responsible for any charges incurred from your internet or mobile provider in connection with your use of the App.

9. Privacy Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy, available within the App and on the Google Play Store listing.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that: - The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses; - Content will always be available or remain on the platform; - The App will be compatible with all devices or operating systems.

11. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, African Movie World and its affiliates, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

12. Modifications to the Service We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.

13. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting the App.

14. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.

15. Third-Party Services The App may integrate with or link to third-party services, including the Google Play Store. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
